I use an X-pert X-pole and I use a The Pro Quality Dance Pole both at home and in my pole fitness studio. Lil Mynx is also a good quality reputable brand pole.
I recommend the Pro Quality Dance Pole if you are just wanting a sturdy dance pole to start pole dancing as exercise at home and you are on a tight budget.
I recommend the X-Pole if you are an aspiring professional or you don’t have a budget to consider. X-Pole is a better pole, easier to install, has a carrying case, etc. They are one of the best in my opinion but not everyone can afford one.
Lil Mynx has a lower weight limit but if you want a quality traditional brand then this could be a good option for you.
