X Pole doesn't always send the instructions for the XPert block ceiling mounts, we are not sure why.
The hardware / screws must be purchased separately and are not included by X Pole either.

We do not sell replacement parts or screws for X Pole brand products. You would need to contact X Pole directly for assistance.
