NOTE** This article is for the screw-together type dance poles.

The tools inside the dance pole tool kit do frequently get lost so don't fret, you have a couple options.

First, we do sell a replacement tool kit in the shop however it only ships within the USA due to vendor restrictions placed upon us.   If you need to install or uninstall your dance pole, here are a few alternatives to use (at your own risk of course):

These items can be found at the following blue links, Wal-Mart, or any hardware store of your choice if they are not already laying around your house:

1. The flat wrench can be replaced with any cresent wrench which is commonly found in most households.

2. You can use the shaft of a #2 phillips screw driver to replace the rod that turns the adjuster bar and tightens the poles through the pole holes. It also serves to unscrew the adjuster cover screws.

3. A Metric Allen wrench set will loosen or tighten the nuts in the base that cause the pole to change from spinning to static mode. The size you will need for most screw together dance poles is 4mm, however if you have a Lupit or X Pole you will need the 4mm plus a couple other sizes to loosen other parts so getting a Metric Allen Wrench Set is better so you have all the sizes you may need.
