1) We are closed on the weekends (so is X Pole, Lupit, and Lil Mynx), we process during regular business hours of Monday through Friday 9am-4pm CST. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as we have it in our system. You can also find any tracking info by logging into your Shop account. Please note: if you checked out as a Guest and did not create an account during checkout, all your tracking and order details will be found on the Completed Order Receipt we send to you via email when your item ships.
You must allow the processing time for item you purchased to pass before expecting a tracking number. Processing times greatly vary depending on the item(s) you purchased. Please read the "Shipping" tab of the item you bought for exact processing times.
Tracking information can be sent prior to the processing time deadline but may show no movement. This can happen because the shipping label was printed, but the courier website needs time to update their website. This can take a couple days. Other reasons that the tracking may show no movement at first is because your order is still processing at the warehouse. Movement should happen after the processing time for that item has passed.
Please be patient and wait for the processing time to pass before you panic. We do care about you :)
If you have no tracking number or no movement on your item after the processing times for your item has passed, please feel free to open a support ticket including your order number so we can give you an update on your order.
2) Check your spam/junk folder - especially if you are a gmail user. Receipts get randomly placed there for unknown reasons. Many times your tracking numbers (as well as other notices about the processing of your order) were sent but didn't land in your inbox. Please add us to your Safe Senders list so you don't miss any important information regarding your order or future video or free promos :)
