After you purchase your dance pole kit, your order goes into "processing".   During this time, your dance pole and any other smaller items are packaged and prepared for shipment.   Processing time usually take 24-48 hours on regular business days Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CST.

Once your order is processed, you will be emailed a "Completed Order Receipt".  This receipt contains all the tracking numbers for your physical goods as well as a download link to register to access the pole lessons included in your kit.

The file will contain links and your personal password to access the lessons registration page.   Once you are there, follow the website prompts to complete your registration.

This process only takes a couple minutes and you will get instant lifetime access to your new video lessons : )   

***IMPORTANT NOTE***  Your download links to register for you lessons expire in 15 days for security reasons.   Please do get registered to access your lessons within 15 days of your completed order receipt.  Once you are registered, you have lifetime access that never expires.   Did you already miss the deadline?   Don't worry, we still love you and will help you regain access.   Just open up a support ticket by using the button in the upper right hand corner of this screen so we can help you.

If for any reason you cannot find your "Completed Order Receipt", you can log into your SHOP account here and get instant access to your tracking numbers as well as access your pole lessons download files to begin the registration process.

The reason you need to create a new registration profile to access the lesson included in your purchase is because the videos are hosted in a different area that is separate from the physical goods sold in our shop.    You will have two logins, one for the shop area, and one to access you pole video lessons.
