Stretching everyday! Holding stretches too long can actually tighten its’ apposing muscle group so you should stretch for about 10 seconds then release and re-stretch.  Do this several times.  Ballet stretches are the great, however pole is a unique sport and there are specific stretches tailored to pole fitness so you can execute more advanced pole tricks in the future.
